From A1 exit at Junction 62. Head towards Durham on A690. Take first junction signposted to Belmont. Turn LEFT at top of the sliproad. Then follow Common Route.

Pass the Football Ground & the Carlsberg brewery on your left
Turn LEFT near the end of the Road into Belmont Industrial Estate
